All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.
5. Orders & Production
Once an order is placed, it is sent to our production and fulfilment partners for processing. Orders cannot be modified after 24 hours. Custom and made-to-order items enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
